INJECTION belongs to a group of antiulcer medicines called proton pump inhibitors. RABELOC  INJECTION is used to treat gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), heartburn, prevention of acid-aspiration, stress-induced mucosal injury, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. RABELOC 20MG I.V INJECTION works by blocking the action of the enzyme known as gastric proton pump that is responsible for the production of acid. This helps in reducing the amount of acid produced, heals the ulcers and prevents the formation of new ulcers.

In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as pain at the site of injection, diarrhoea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, and abdominal pain. Most of these side-effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side-effects persistently.
