Atorvatain

Atorvastatin Calcium is a synthetic lipid-lowering agent belonging to the statin class of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors. It is widely used to treat hypercholesterolemia, dyslipidemia, and in the prevention of cardiovascular disease by reducing low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and triglycerides while increasing high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol. Atorvastatin Calcium is the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) used in the manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms such as tablets.The API complies with USP/EP/BP standards and is available with full regulatory documentation, including Drug Master Files (DMFs) and CTD dossiers, supporting submissions in both regulated and semi-regulated markets.
