Terbinafine HCl is a synthetic allylamine antifungal agent used primarily to treat superficial fungal infections of the skin and nails. It is fungicidal (kills fungi) against dermatophytes, and fungistatic or fungicidal (dose-dependent) against some yeasts and molds.<\/p>\n
