Févendazole+Praziquantel +Pyrantel Pamoate Comprimé

This tablet contains anthelmintics active against gastrointestinal roundworms and tapeworms. This product has three active substances:
1) fenbendazole (benzimidazole anthelmintic),
2) praziquantel (pyrazinoisoquinoline derivative), and
3) pyrantel embonate (tetrahydro pyrimidine derivative).

Fenbendazole prevents the formation of microtubules resulting in the disruption of structures vital to the normal functioning of the helminth. Praziquantel causes severe damage to the parasite integument, resulting in the contraction and paralysis of the parasites. Pyrantel embonate induces spastic paralysis of the nematodes and thereby allows removal from the gastrointestinal system by peristalsis.
