Tinidazole + Omeprazole + Clarithromycin is a combination of three medicines: Tinidazole , Omeprazole and Clarithromycin. Tinidazole is an antibiotic which kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA. Clarithromycin is also an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
